Job Description
- Directly reporting to its Technical Service Engineer/Supervisor.
- Immediate response on the down time calls (Psion and Altai Equipment) on the client side.
- Ensure all angles of the downtime is already checked and verified and reported to the Technical Service Engineer/Supervisor.
- Rigging Works if necessary.Inventory of Equipment.Create and File On-site Service Reports.
- Submit Weekly Summary of On-site Technician service reports.Daily update of the assigned site responsibility to the Supervisor.
- Immediately report to the Supervisor concerning if there is a critical failure at the site.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance and assure that the given deadline by the Supervisor will be completed on time.
- Conduct Technical Training and Site Introduction for new On-site Technicians.
- Monitor the daily activity of On-site Technicians.
- Ensure to strictly follow the correct process flow of work and responsibilities.
- Ensure to strictly follow the scope of work provided by the Supervisor and relay it to the technicians.
- Ensure uniformity, orderliness, and cleanliness of the assigned area at the site.
- Ensure to strictly follow all the necessary instructions from the Supervisor that will be responsible for the improvement of work and the company.
- Monitor the everyday activity of the technicians on the log book together with the time in and time out countersigned by the IT Officer.
