Job Description
- Write for an online environment including text link advertisements, banner advertisements, emails and site content.
- Write and edit accurate, concise, and highly readable page content for new and existing products to enhance the client's customers/users' online experience, promote key offerings and support the client's brand positioning.
- Proactively review electronic content and recommend usability improvements (content clarity, brevity, calls to action, & streamlined online navigation).
- Work with the web team to address challenges in displaying and integrating content within the website look and feel.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop copy to drive traffic to various micro sites, landing pages, etc. (from paid search, affiliate marketing, etc.)
- Enforce and follow established style guides to ensure high editorial standards.
- Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing briefs and media plans, and provide technological solutions including ads optimization, promotional ideas, social networks, etc.
- Writes communications briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated
- Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior
- Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes
Minimum Qualifications
- Clearly understands the stylistic difference between writing for the Web and writing for other media
- Deadline-driven professional able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent editorial and writing skills
- Proficient in English with excellent grammar
- Internet-savvy with excellent research skills
- Must know how to edit own work and adhere to strict quality guidelines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a group
- Experience with digital marketing and brand advertising writing a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
