Job Description
- Contributes to the improvement of the business processes by standardizing and streamlining current state processes and implementing new work processes and other technologies through partnership with Operations units.
- Identifies and documents current qualitative and quantitative business benefits to provide cost-benefit reports
- Designs and implements appropriate process performance measurement system
- Ensures that all documents follow auditing standards, when reviewing operating controls, policies and processes focusing on accuracy and completeness
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a degree in Industrial Engineering, or any Business related course
- Must have at least 2 years related work experience, preferably in a BPO industry
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Must be knowledgeable in in business processes and data analysis
- With Strong analytical and planning skills
