Job Description
- Responsible for conducting research on a specific subject matter and provides data needed by the clients.
- Monitors websites via Web-watcher to update Preqin Databases
- Extracts information from Regulatory Fillings and Deal Data
- Creates and updates profiles in the database with verified information obtained from the internet based on product specifics
- Validates information using online systems and/ or open web research
- Utilizes background/previous knowledge on business or finance to determine if the data are applicable and relevant before updating the client tool/platform
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of at least 4 year course, preferably Accounting, Business or anything Finance-related
- Has at least 1 year of related work experience
- Preferably has a background and/or knowledge on alternative assets industry
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Must have good attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Must be computer proficient specifically in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be familiar with Internet-based applications (e.g. emailing, technical writing, researching, etc.) which includes familiarity with Internet browsers like Internet Explorer
