Job Description
- Talks to customers to gather details, probing for necessary information such as specific concerns, account details, name, etc.
- Verifies if information relayed is accurate and complete to properly address clients' concerns and queries (i.e. name, addresses, etc.).
- Keeps customers’ private information confidential such as account information, etc.
- Listens, understands, and responds to information and data relayed by customers.
- Maintains an energetic tone that projects politeness and enthusiasm throughout the shift.
- Creates value by providing quality customer service in every call performed by applying phone ethics, principles, and standards.
- Checks updates, process flows, information, and other records encoded on database and application regularly to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Listens actively to customers, applying soft skills to address both their practical and personal needs.
- Evaluates and responds to client inquiries and concerns properly and accurately such as billing, finances, products, etc.
- Adheres to all guidelines and technical policies, procedures, and standards.
- Exerts all efforts and exhausting various possibilities to provide customers the service they require within the agreed guidelines and standards.
- Analyzes requests, difficulties, or inquiries thoroughly before deciding on the correct response or action.
