Social Media Marketer  

The Social Media Marketer helps plan and executes social media activities through popular social channels in order to create awareness, inform and engage users, generate leads, and measure the users’ loyalty after using the company’s product.

Essential Job Duties:

• Expert in Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and other relevant social media
• Create and execute a social media strategy based on the selected platform, competitor analysis, & target audience.
• Design and publish daily content that connects and involves the community
• Increase the visibility of the company's product.
• Moderate user-generated content in line with the company policies
• Capture and analyze metrics, insights, and best practices and recommend actions
• Collaborate with other departments to identify top community issue, key players, and appropriate action.

The ideal candidate is one who touches the lives of the unbanked and underbanked on a daily basis.​

Positions Requirements

• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
• Demonstrable social networking experience and use of social analytics tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking ability
• Fluency in English and Tagalog.
