- The Customer Support role addresses the inquiries, issues and concerns of the company’s users through email and chat.
- The ideal candidate is one who cares about helping the unbanked and underbanked on a daily basis.
Essential Job Duties:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all general inquiries, account status, and technical concerns.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports with summaries on major issues.
- Constantly seek improvements in operations efficiency.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably 1-4 year(s) experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and team player.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati or BGC.
- Punctual, reliable and with genuine concern to help customers.
