Product Associate  

MrSpeedy Philippines is the cheapest on-demand same-day delivery service for businesses in Metro Manila! We are making delivery faster, more convinient and cheaper than getting out of the house.

The Product Associate will be repsonsible to make market product fit happens. Perform support and guidance to business units and implement business strategies and product upgrade. Will work closely with Product head based in Russia.

• Provide support to various business units.
• Perform automation efficiency of product site.
• Understands and support business strategy with product upgrade.
• Perform competitor analysis on regular basis.
• Create product improvement suggestions based on user interviews, experiments, data analysis for all platform users from both sides: drivers and clients.
• Communicate with HQ and R&D team on a regular basis. Flexible to work in different time zones as needed

After 3 months to the role, the following are expected outcome:

• Identify top 5 obstacles for growth in current product.
• Be able to propose solutions and prove them through experiments.
• Perform analysis on current market trends and provide 10 product improvements for increasing demand.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any technical or business discipline (ex. Economics, Management, Commerce, Business, Computer Science, IT)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Product Manager function in a Tech startup company, E-commerce or IT related industry.
• Fast and quick learner; be able to find out gaps and create solutions.
• Has good dynamics working with teams.
• Metrics oriented with excellent analytical thinking.
• Excellent English written and communication skills
• Knowledge in SQL is a plus.
• Work hours is 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible to work in different time zones. Specifically Moscow time as needed)
