Job Description
Our customer service team is made of 5-10 agents and they are looking for a leader. the job includes creating KPIs for the team, training a new mumbers, implementing scripts for CS inbond and outbound and policies and building a workflow.
We are a growing startup looking for leaders who think outside the box and looking for their next challenge. offices are in Makai and the team is now growing. Our customer service team needs a true leader! If you think you have it in you, send us your resume.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a team leader in the BPO industry
- Fluent English- although we service local clients as well!
- Strong analytical and planning skills to create KPI
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Natural born leader
