Job Description
- Assist in the consolidation of data / reports from the different offices, colleges, campuses and other organizations required for external and internal reports.
- Assist in the integration of the programs and projects of the university.
- Encode and transfer the collected raw data to an Excel worksheet or Powerpoint presentation.
- Organize and file the PDO-Institutional documents based on the ISO standards and procedures.
- Inform and follow up on the submissions required by the office.
- Prepare the Normative Funding Report for CHED.
- Assist in the implementation of Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS).
- Prepare reports required by CHED, DBM, and other government agencies.
- Coordinate with external agencies such as CHED, PBB Task Force, DBM and other government agencies.
- Coordinate with different colleges, campuses, and units regarding reports preparation.
- Prepare memoranda and other communications.
- Attend to clients’ queries and needs relative to planning and reports.
- Perform other related duties and functions assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Mathematics / BS Industrial Engineering / any related course
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work beyond office hours
