Job Description
The eCommerce Product Manager is responsible to leverage digital technologies to build strategic eCommerce platform (web and mobile) and maximize return on investment:
- Serve as expert on digital experience, eCommerce product management in an omni-channel retailing ecosystem and provide direction on features that will drive growth.
- Driving forward the digital product vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure digital products are align with business goals.
- Adapt and evolve short and long terms plan to take advantage of changing business conditions or technological opportunities and established KPIs to measure success.
- Understand consumer needs, defining the target experience and ensure aligned UC across all digital products.
- Assume accountability for the technical development and delivery of digital products.
- Adoption of existing project management best practices and lead a digital team consisting of internal and external resources in developing digital products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education (degree) : bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Working experience : min of 5 years’ experience, preferably from eCommerce Company as Product Manager or related role.
- More than 3 years of project management experience with IT technical project background.
- Demonstrated experience leading a cross-functional project.
- 3 years development experience with Magento and Android, preferably in retail eCommerce.
- Highly flexible, extreme customer centric and team work.
