Job Description
- Vendor/Supplier:
- Develop opportunity with potential vendors based on Vendor manager review (meeting arrangement, mail feedback, pricing proposal, and up to final sample follow up)
- Prepare collection plan for every catalog including paperwork, sample preparation (receive from vendor up to hand over with studio team and up to returning process back to vendor)
- Product (administration):
- SKU registration, PO proposal, follow up delivery/ASN and follow up regular vendor complaint
- Catalog check consistency for every period, start from catalog simulation before printing and after printing process and to ensure BC info proposal if there is any mistake after catalog check.
- Replenishment plan based on PU and first week sales result including PO proposal, follow up delivery with Vendor,
- Closing all outstanding catalog after end catalog to provide clean administration (direct purchase and consignment).
- Legal aspect:
- Vendor contract follow up for both consignment and direct purchase including all legal requirements for any approved SKU with New vendor and to follow up yearly contract for existing vendor
- Warehouse:
- Follow up delivery plan for every catalog with vendor based on committed plan and PO issued
- Returning plan follow up for all remaining DS Consignment stock after catalog finish to free space at warehouse including follow up with vendor for any leftover stock not yet pick up.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Merchandising
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field, preferably with retail background experience as Merchandiser for Home and Kitchen Appliances
- Fluent in English
- Good working with computer application/software, especially in spread sheet/excel
- Team work, target oriented and extreme customer centric
