Job Description
- Direct report to Leather Goods Director.
- Collaborate directly with Vice President of Fashion Department, Designer, Sample Maker and Suppliers.
- Responsible to construct the collection planning, product development and catalog preparation.
- In charge to manage product development according to budget, schedule, and quality of the company’s standard.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in Merchandising.
- At least 3 years experience in related fields.
- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/tasks. Lead complex, multi-department projects to optimal completion.
- Demonstrated integrity and maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges.
- Have strategic and effective leadership skills.
- Have a strong written and verbal communication skills.
