Job Description
- Responsible for a daily event at the designated branch.
- Collaborate directly with sponsors, suppliers and malls.
- Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring accuracy.
- Participates in customer site inspections and assists with the sales process as necessary.
- Plays the role as the end-to-end player to execute and manage all program elements as planned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in related fields.
- Related experience in MICE, Event Organizer, Event Management, B2B, and Community.
- Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with colleagues.
- A team player with strategic and effective communication and leadership skills.
- Perform with results-oriented attitude.
