Job Description
- Responsible to hold periodic events in the area of Jabodetabek.
- Collaborate directly with sponsors, suppliers and malls.
- Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring accuracy.
- Take responsibility to integrate current trends in event management and event design.
- Manage excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees.
- Coordinates and communicates event details both verbally and in writing to the customer and property operations.
- Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in MICE, Event Organizer or Event Management.
- Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with colleagues.
- A team player with strategic and effective communication and leadership skills.
- Perform with results-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrate a solid organization and negotiation skills.
