Job Description
- Direct report to National Branch Director.
- Manage operational systems, sales and members increment.
- Responsible for sustainable branch performance including profitability, internal controls, participation in community activities, and employee mentoring.
- Develop and monitor key metrics around safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in Business or Management.
- At least 7 to 8 years of working experience in related field.
- In depth knowledge in Multi Level Marketing and retail operations.
- Solid and effective communication skills.
- A team player with strong strategic and leadership skills.
- Proactive, accountable and goal oriented.
