Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and train your team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals and grow our global market
- Be able to explain trading techniques including Fundamental & Technical Analysis to provide general advice to customers and your sales team
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and develop a motivating bonus compensation scheme
- Oversee the activities and performance of your sales team and report accordingly
- Coordinate with marketing, and product development to optimize the efficiency and quality of the product and user experience
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product(s)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Forex trading related activities
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target.
- Passionate to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
- Ability to provide exceptional and consistent customer service
- Able to work under strict deadlines, defined targets and under pressure
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Knowledge in Stocks and Forex / CFD trading is a plus
- Experience in Marketing is a plus
