Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the HR Division
- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures for process improvements
- Recommend benefits that would be most appreciated by employees keeping in mind company budget
- Oversee the recruitment process and consult with management regarding manpower planning to ensure proper positions are filled out based on company requirements
- Handle counselling and report all employee concerns directly to management.
- Conduct Employee Handbook Orientation
- Spearhead in organizing company activities and events
- Create and submit quarterly HR reports to Management
- Create job description for all company positions to streamline current manpower and recruitment requirements and manpower requirements
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least five (5) years relevant working experience is required for this position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to maintain confidential information
- Ability to motivate other employees and be a part of a dynamic team
