Marketing Associate  

We're currently on the lookout for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team here at Onitsuka Tiger Philippines. He/she will report directly to the Brand Communications Manager .

The specialist will work to support both internal and external communications representing Onitsuka Tiger through content and collateral creation, public and corporate relations to measurement and optimization. Leveraging PR, social media, customer advocacy, marketing and communications at a variety of consumer touch points. He/she will help to build and support multi-channel brand awareness, marketing and talent acquisition campaigns to help the company reach a variety of objectives. The aim is to grow awareness of our brand and build a loyal customer base.

Support the Brand communications manager in developing and delivering an integrated Marketing communications strategy, across all audiences and messages (eg Brand, Product, proposition and customer information) in line with the business objectives, marketing strategy and budget

• BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
• 1-2 years experience
• Experience in developing digital strategy (Set up KPI, objectives, guidelines)
• Created, managed and analyzed digital marketing campaigns
• Experience in planning and hosting marketing events
• Experience in developing marketing reports etc
• Experienced managing and leveraging social media platforms for business
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• English is a must
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience in retail
• Passion for fashion
