Marketing Officer  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting the company’s brands to the public
• Recommend potential avenues for advertising and promotion with little or no cost
• Present ideas and strategies regarding marketing and campaigning the different brands of the company
• Planning and organizing promotional presentations
• Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, social media content and speaking engagements as needed
• Identify, develop and execute communications strategies for key media contacts and customer references
• Establish marketing and PR contacts with various organizations
• Engage employees and customers to be active and participate in promotional activities
• Attend meetings and represent the company for various marketing and PR activities
• Manage and update social media channels for all the brands for increase in awareness and interaction
• Propose and participate in various events and product exhibits that would be most beneficial to the company’s advertising and promotion
• Prepare monthly reports and planning as required by management
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

• Graduate of any four-year course in a reputable university or college
• At least 3-years relevant work experience as Marketing Officer
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in social media management
• Wide network with social media personalities and bloggers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can attend events outside normal work hours and weekends (when needed)
• Able to travel locally and internationally when required
