Job Description
- Establish connections with different digital advertising medium and agencies to promote the company’s products and special projects
- Able to determine the correct advertising placement by carefully studying the program/ product and coordinate with relevant departments regarding marketing direction
- Liaise between internal departments and external agencies with the goal of having a successful digital marketing campaign
- Conceptualize possible content and discuss with relevant teams to come up with a structured material
- Provide customer service support for the eCommerce platform
- Update and support the merchandises on the eCommerce platform
- Prepare weekly reports to be submitted to the Management
- Product merchandising which entails:
- Present new and current product, promotion and pricing information for various online stores, to ensure that products appear in the right stores at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitors the sales of every product line
- Attend/coordinate relevant branding activities and events
- Participate in training activities regarding new and existing products as required by management
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year related course from a reputable college or university
- At least 2 solid years’ experience in digital marketing – those with retail experience preferred
- Project management experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for articulating ideas and coordinating with different departments, agencies, and management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Negotiating skills and the ability to network and influence people
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills
- Confidence in handling presentations
- Passion for digital marketing and retail merchandising
- Able to travel as and when required
