Are you commission driven and looking for a great opportunity? Come join our brand new growing team in Makati. We are looking for front line sales agents that want to grow with us. This outbound sales position requires a highly motivated, high energy sales and service professional. This goal-oriented individual assists prospects to choose the desired product and upsells to the better package.
This position requires dynamic, customer focused, sales and service professionals that possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills demonstrated by passion for providing outstanding customer service, effective sales closing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to enthusiastically communicate with prospects on every outbound and inbound call consistently.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Enthusiastically engaging each call and represent SOLVERE in a highly professional manner. Follow coaching and protocol in order to make and close sale. Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information. Respond rapidly and accurately to on-line requests for information from clients. Achieving defined productivity goals. Responsible to meet all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills / Our Most Successful Team Members: Type 30 WPM; Proficient Computer Knowledge.
Qualification:

· Excellent English Communication and Comprehension skills
· A strong and motivated work ethic
· Computer Literate
· International Call Centre Experience or specializing in International Call Centre Sales, Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent is a plus.
· Required skills: English Communication, Selling, Negotiating and Rapport Building
· Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
· Must be willing to work in graveyard shift.
· Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
· Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Requirements:
Dynamic sales and telephone skills (Preferred but not required). Strong customer service and listening skills. Demonstrated strengths in verbal and written communication skills including appropriate grammar and punctuation. Ability to communicate empathy and confidence in both in-bound and out-bound contact center environments.
