Recruitment Supervisor  

OVERVIEW

The Recruitment Supervisor will manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. The role will ensure that the company will hire qualified employees to meet the company’s current and future needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the HR Recruitment team and report on its performance
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures;
• Innovate and implement sourcing channels;
• Consult and collaborate with requisitioning team on interviewing best practices;
• Develop employer brand;
• Liaise and collaborate with departments for forecasting manpower needs;
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations;
• Perform any task deemed by superior or Assistant General Manager from time to time.

• Preferred, but not necessary, for candidates to have degrees related to Human Resources or Psychology.
