Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office
- Manages the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
- Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Departmental development, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
- Responsible for all parts of the ff. areas:
- Recruiting and Staffing logistics
- Organizational and Space planning
- Performance Management and Improvement System
- Organizational Development
- Employment and Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee Relations & Labor Laws
- Company-wide committee facilitation
- Company employee communications
- Compensation and Benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, and employee services and counseling
- Coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs through the Leadership Team and HR Specialists.
- Developing HR planning strategies with other managers, who will identify immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels, together with the HR Manager.
- Analyzes training need in conjunction with other department managers’ needs.
- Performs other duties identified by the HR Manager and General Manager.
- Reports any food safety issues to higher management.
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
