Job Description
Overall Responsibility:
Main motivation for the Office Manager is to help oversee over the day-to-day management of the PHL Company. This will allow for the Country Manager concentrate more on the actual Solutions Delivery Process and Software Development for the company various end-clients. Applying this strategy will allow Solutions Resource to better serve and its target clients both in the PHL and abroad.
Training Opportunity:
Business cross training opportunity may be provided by our affiliate company in Seattle, WA. Hence, short-term travel to US may be required.
Business Development
Grow the business! Identify and develop business opportunities for company’s software development solutions and staff augmentation services; prospecting, qualifying and building and maintaining relationships to maximize existing client relationships, close deals, and open new accounts. Generate sales using proactive approach using telemarketing, direct mail, email marketing and personal presentations. Ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. Maintain and update information on Customer database accurately and consistently.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Market and sells our software development services to local PHL based target clients (ie. project based or staff augmentation) opportunities.
• Provide inputs for the annual Business Development Plan: Define and follow up of yearly and quarterly targets and objectives for our Philippine operations.
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing target business needs. Provide direction, guidance to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies.
• Account Management: Increase the company’s involvement with existing client
• Business Development and Marketing: Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services. Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients. Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs.
Expectations:
• Achieve established sales goals (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
• Assists in the creation and timely submissions of the proposals
• Builds good relationships with existing and potential clients
• Attend industry related networking events and build potential partnership or opportunities for collaboration with other vendors or potential recruits.
Consulting / Staff Augmentation Services
Target Goals:
• Coordinates deployment of our own consultants (US or PH) to direct end-clients (preferred) or first-tier vendors.
• Help screen potential employees and recruit third-party consultants matching them with the various IT consulting opportunities we get through the direct end-clients we’ve established.
• Attend Developer User Groups, Technical forums, local networking events to meet possible recruits and direct end-clients.
Expectations:
• Provide assistance in the Marketing and Sales effort of our own consultants with the goal of getting them deployed on billable client project engagements 100% of the time.
• Coordinates on the Technical Recruiting initiatives for the US company
• US Immigration - Facilitates the processing of the immigration papers of our US bound consultants with the assistance of an Immigration Lawyer / Legal Counsel
Team Member building / motivation / leadership - (with assistance of the Human Resource Consultant)
• Within reasonable demands, do whatever it takes to make our employees happy and satisfied with their job assignments.
• Assists in mentoring and motivating staff members to reach their optimum performance
• Build company culture
General Office Management – (with the assistance of Administrative Assistant and Finance Manager)
• Continuous improvement of the office operations
• Oversee day-to-day business concerns of the PHL office
• Ensure office network, equipments (web cam, biometrics, printer, voip, etc), co-located servers are in optimum working conditions.
• Handle physical mail and correspondence for the office.
• Ensure cleanliness of the office.
• Government compliance and other regulations
