Job Description
The HairMNL Human Resources Generalist and Admin Officer oversees all HR and Admin functions of our fast-growing company in the retail and service beauty industry.
You will have a level of autonomy to perform your role while reporting directly to the CEO of the company.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and On-boarding
Setting up recruitment and onboarding processes for the company
Developing job descriptions, preparing job posts, checking application forms, interviewing and selecting candidates
Conducting background checks on applicants
Conducting the onboarding process for new employees
Training and Development
Setup a performance management system for the company
Arrange learning programs useful for the employees
Organize company-wide activities or events
Employee and Labor Relations
Inform management on the latest DOLE related memo and policies
Prepare HR-related memos and maintain employee records
Resolve Human Resources related issues while ensuring the confidentiality of information
Provide assistance to employees with benefits issues including government statutory, HMO, leaves, and loans
Other HR and Office Admin Support
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Facilitates implementation, development and alignment of appropriate HR policies, processes, procedures and practices.
Manage and process payroll while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Assists in the timely filing and processing of government-related employee benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, etc.
Manage employee exit process, which includes conducting exit interview, paperwork administration, final pay computation and release.
Supervise the Administrative Assistant in ensuring orderliness and proper office administration
Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics for management reporting
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in General HR (recruitment, payroll processing, policy making, learning & development, rewards, employee relations, and engagement)
Ideally experienced with working for a startup
