Job Description
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, promotes, and facilitates events.
- Prepares marketing plans for programs and events.
- In charge of all events and marketing activities.
- Communicates and monitors participants’ event timelines.
- Prepares budget for each event.
- Solicits sponsorships for events and ensures long-term partnerships with establishments or organizations are cultivated.
- Manages inquiries for all events.
- Prepares post evaluation for each event.
- Organize PR meet ups and media roundtables.
- Organizes product launches and media gatherings.
- Tracks PR exposure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, and other related courses.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing and sales.
- Commendable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great research skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Has personal initiative.
- Can work under pressure.

- Good influencing and negotiation skills.
- Good oral and written skills.
