Job Description
Solenergy Systems Inc is looking for an Accounting Analyst. S/he must be able to do the following:
- Monitor and reconcile outstanding and past due Accounts Receivable accounts, identify collection issues and assist in appropriate resolution
- Maintain knowledge on all account information, manage and monitor customer invoicing
- Maintain accounts and records for all billing and prepare appropriate financial reports as needed
- Maintain and prepare reports for ledger accounts and analyze variance according to Account Receivable policies
- Administer cash deposits and reconcile payments.
- Assist in filing of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns and ensure on time filing of the same
- Assist departments in account reconciliation process on a monthly basis
- Assist in billing and daily time record reconciliation and liquidations
- Regularly updates and monitor inventory balance in system warehouse, perform regular stock issuance for items deployed to project sites
- Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work
- Assist with various accounting ad hoc activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Atleast 1 year experience in general accounting and/or taxation but fresh passers with no experience are also welcome to apply
- Must have good communication skills – verbal and written
- Must have excellent attention to detail and good logic reasoning skills
- Competent knowledge in computer applications (e.g. Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, SAP) is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge in service and trading industry is an advantage
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
