Job Description
- The Contact Center Lead oversees or supervises the daily operations and tasks of the contact center;
- Decides on where inquiries and leads get forwarded to;
- Works closely with the sales operations, sales team, and customers;
- Handles all the inquiries coming from the website, email, showroom, walk-ins, referrals, calls;
- Keeps track and reports of all sales leads, ensures that sales leads and inquiries are forwarded to the corresponding departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s/College degree is required
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to plan and execute tasks
- Good customer service skills
- At least 4 years of customer service experience
