Job Description
- Caters and accommodates to all software/hardware related help desk or service tickets
- Can provide project site and in-house technical assistance and support
- Knowledge in Computer troubleshooting, LAN/WAN Setup, Installation of hardware and software, computer diagnostics and resolve problems.
- Works with other IT Operations team to help implement internal systems
- Coordinates with the Project Sites and/or Departments regarding the implementation and maintenance of the information system infrastructure.
- Schedules and perform the procedures that ensure that all Project Site information systems and related databases are maintained properly and responsibly
- Carry out troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary
- Submits necessary reports and documentations
- Has strong sense of urgency and responsibility
- Conduct other ad hoc tasks and duties
Minimum Qualifications
- A student of B.S. Computer Engineering, B.S. Information Technology, B.S. Electronics and Communication Engineering or any equivalent/related course.
- Skills/ competencies

- Good grasp of problem solving techniques with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Good time management
