Job Description
- The HR Specialist in responsible for the Statistical Benefits, Analyst, and Report.
- Recommends strategies for projects given by superior
- Safekeeps, maintains, and updates the 201 file of key managers and other EP employees; Ensures the completion of data content of 201 files.
- Acts as safekeeper of records, maintains and updates confidential papers and documents entrusted by his superior; Receives, dispatches, safekeeps and logs confidential papers and documents of the HR and Admin Head.
- Sets-up, operates, and maintains an effective and efficient HR information system that interrelates and integrates all necessary information required for HR budgeting/control, etc.
- Consolidates, analyzes and prepares the Monthly HR Report, and distribute the same to all divisions.
- Periodically updates information through employee “census” surveys; Maintains the system such that information on system overload is prevented by keeping the information stored limited to those considered as only vital/required.
- Administers and controls the budget of the HR and Admin Head
- Attends to the daily office routine and procedures of the HR and Admin Head calls, appointments, meetings, receipt and dispatch of important documents, etc.
- Observes established safety and health standard procedures / regulations in carrying out duties and responsibilities
- Performs other job-related duties that may be assigned by superior from time
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate. With Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management, or any related course
- Knowledgeable in Resource Management, Telecommunications, Computer Operations, Business Communications, Project Management, Human Resource Management
