Job Description
- Manages and directs the Import and Export operations, Transport - 3rd Party Provider, Material Inventory, and Warehouse Operations, providing logistical support to various departments.
- Responsible for coaching and training the warehouse workforce members. He/she is also responsible for planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation
- Coordinates with the Logistics Supervisors for Import/Export and Domestic/Transport, Warehouse Supervisors, Warehouse Officers, and Storekeepers to ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth material transportation
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
- Must be knowledgeable in manufacturing quality standards and customs
- Must have expertise in importation and exportation, air and sea freight, trucking, scheduling, supply chain
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Logistics/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- At least 10 year(s) of working in Logistics Operational experience is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Must have good problem solving skills and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Must have hands on experience in warehouse management software and database
- Must be able to make effective decisions under pressure
- Experienced professional in Complete Warehouse Management with proper record keeping, monitoring, and controlling capital items in project for inward, issued and consumed stock, person should be able to manage site WH and report on this to Central Procurement team for requirements as per project or for any short deliveries received
- Stock reconciliation at all the times would be key skill
- Must be very organized, creative, reliable, and possess leadership qualities
- Willing to be assigned in Tarlac, and other sites nationwide when necessary
- Available to start immediately
