Job Description
- The role of the Treasury Manager is to manage the day-to-day efficient utilization of cash to meet the financial obligations of the organization.
- The Treasury Manager determines the amount needed to fund the payables for each entity in accordance with the payment priorities.
- The role requires maintaining good relationships, communication and interaction with various departments and with the banks.
- The key responsibility of the Treasury Manager is to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements of the business. This means that cash inflows and outflows must be monitored to ensure that there is sufficient cash to fund company operations. In essence, treasury functions revolve around the monitoring of cash and the use of cash.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance
- Knowledge of Cash Management and Banking Systems
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Great team player
- Good interpersonal relations
- At least three (3) years of work experience in Treasury
