HR Associate  

The HR Associate handles various employee-related concerns. The role holder will provide needed support with the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies and procedures.

• In charge of sourcing candidates based on relevant experience and skills and coordinate communication for interview schedules
• Recommend manpower sourcing strategies, disciplinary actions for offenses, employee programs, salary in job offers, and corrective methods for people concerns
• Does preliminary interview of potential candidates
• Performs background checks, filing paperwork, completing employee documentation, recording data on current employees, maintaining and filing paperwork of terminated or exiting employees
• Coordinate HR projects such as meetings and surveys
• Help organize and manager new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
• Assist in explaning and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
• Initiates, recommends, and implements employee benefits, programs, and education
• Initiates, recommends, and implements employee relations activities / programs that improve the quality of work life of assigned clients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn and assist all team members when needed
• Has a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related course
• Open to undergraduates who have no remaining sujects for the semester and is only waiting for their diploma/graduation day.
• Willing to work in Makati City
