Job Description
- Assists players with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Explains the Players Club program in detail.
- Evaluates members’ play and issues complimentaries based on established Solaire Manila’s guidelines.
- Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System.
- Answers any questions and addresses any problems with players as well as Slot Hosts.
- Stays informed about all Slot Division activities and Solaire Manila events.
- Inputs all player information into the database system and issues Players Club cards.
- Communicates new ideas to upper management in order to improve productivity.
- Complies with all company regulations and policies.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;
- Professional appearance and demeanor
