Job Description
- Assist in direct revenue generation through day to day upselling activities as well as promotional initiatives on a monthly, quarterly, or festive basis
- Develop an annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies, monitor performance against this, initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters and targets are achieved.
- Achieves sales and profit targets and enhances the margins through effective stock management and minimizing controllable costs.
- Ensures that all outlet processes adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures, and takes immediate corrective action when required.
- Creates and manages a sustainable and fair recognition program in the outlet and ensures the on-going livelihood of the program on a monthly basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical, planning, revenue-generation skills
- Good communication, presentation skills, and guest relation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a healthy network of Japanese customers
- Experience in handling and serving Japanese guests is highly preferred
