Job Description
- Deal the game as per standard dealing procedure.
- Using good mathematical skill, analyses who won and do proper payout.
- Dealer should interact and be friendly with patrons but no overbearing. Attending to their needs and address their service issues.
- Dealers have the front line responsibilities to check and observe game and table security.
- Responsible for ensuring that all bets are placed in the proper betting area.
- Responsible for correct and smooth flow of the game, that includes cash buy-in/ color change and accurate payouts.
- Responsible for checking table minimum and maximum and ensure that all equipment needed on the table are complete and in good condition.
- Responsible for passing correct and relevant information to the incoming dealer regarding the details or concern of the table.
- Comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements within the work environment and perform all other related and compatible duties assigned.
- Remind patrons of the rules and regulations of the games politely.
- Maintain cleanliness of the table assignment.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5’6 in height for male and 5’5 for female.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
