Back-End Coder  

Back-End Coder on Socialights is responsible for implementing code elements that users will interact with on various platform such as websites, application & mobile apps. You will be the wizard of digital magic. Providing users with the wonderland journey of digital assets from content to presentation to behavior layers. You should be driven by thinking beyond ideas, willing to take on new challenges and have a proactive mindset in order to help company/clients brand to stay above the curve.

• Compile and analyze database, process flow, and source codes to troubleshoot problems;
• Ensuring servers are running optimally and incorporate standards-based development processes for web/app;
• Design more functional, and cohesive algorithm to enhance the user experience
• Ensuring server side for web and application is working, secure, and bug free;
• Maintain coordination with clients, team, and management on strategy, development and project results;
• Provide assistance when in need and work proactively without being asked and under tight schedules.

• Min Diploma from Multimedia/IT;

• Having great passion to grow together and be a part of the team that delivers impactful results;

• Good literature of English;

• Fresh graduate are welcome;

• Having experience as a Coder, Software Engineer or Back-end developer, is a plus;

• Having hardskill of mySQL, PHP, HTML5, and ASP(+1);

• Able to set a responsive and updated style of web-stack on various platform such VPS (Linux & Windows) or any other shared hosting, don't mind to get his/her hands dirty to effectively innovate big ideas and also execute on the details;

• Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs and ideas from multiple sources with differing opinions.
