Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist  

SEO Specialist at Socialights Indonesia creates, builds and manages the SEO projects for a variety of digital outlets. You will be responsible for planning and execute on-site & off-site search engine optimization. You should be eager to keep up with any update related with the search engine, willing to take on new challenges, and have a proactive mindset in order to help company/clients brand to stay above the curve.

1. Research, plan, and execute SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, use of keywords, and improvement of rankings on all major search networks for Socialights and its clients;
2. Maintain coordination with clients, team and management on strategy, development and project result;
3. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization;
4. Provide assistance when in need and work proactively without being asked and under tight schedules;
5. Proactively involved in continuous improvement both for personal improvement and company’s improvement through sharing, brainstorming or giving input to the company.

1. Having great passion to grow together and be a part of the team that delivers impactful results;
2. At least a year of digital agency experience;
3. Exceptional ability in data collection and reporting;
4. Having a deep knowledge of SEO Tools and Web Analytics;
5. Ability to organize, present thoughts, and communicate ideas with clarity;
6. A seriously fun team player and not a baper person;
7. Self-motivated and acts with urgency, having an alerted sense of emergency;
