Account Strategist  

Account Strategist on Socialights is a high-energy position requiring a level-headed, experienced, and dependable person who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure exceptional service and work. You should be articulate, driven, organized, attentive to detail, a solid team player, enthusiastic and have a working knowledge of the power of brands and innovative, cross-media marketing communication with a strong focus on digital media.

Exceptional client service and communication are essential for this position to deliver results in a timely, world-class, and highly effective manner.

• Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives and executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective.
• Manages overall project scope and writes communications briefs, ensuring that creative, technology and media are effectively integrated. Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients and ensures accountability is established during the project.
• Develops strong, trusting relationships with clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
• Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays.
• Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.

1. Good literature of English, so she/he can understand these qualifications well :D
2. Fun person with outstanding ability in a laugh and seriously having fun;
3. 1-year minimal experience in Digital Agency; and provenly tough as a Digital Survivor;
4. High initiative and self-motivated. Like a terminator with self-initiated and self-motivated weapons;
5. Good both strategical and analytical way of thought, mastermind of tactical war in the digital world;
6. A team player who has a high level of responsibility and discipline. Able to having fun with time and capable of finishing the executed job on time;
7. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Having a google-translate mode in mind and hypnotized negotiation ability;
8. Client liaison and outstanding presentation skills; able to show, guide and approach in a high, fast and effective ways.
