Front-end Developer on Socialights is responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with a web application. You will be the wizard of digital magic. Providing users with the wonderland journey of digital assets from content to presentation to behavior layers and suggesting back-end developers. You should be driven by thinking beyond ideas, willing to take on new challenges and have a proactive mindset in order to help company/clients brand to stay above the curve.

• Developing problem-solving creative and interactive UI/UX design across all digital outlets for the assigned Digital Campaign and Advertising strategy to ensure it meets the required style, tone, and marketing message, as well as reflecting each of client's brand personality. This task will include providing design options, developing timescales and advising clients on what technically possible and researching alternative approaches to provide cohesive support of overall clients creative strategies;
• Developing UI/UX design or wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the web application and assisting back-end developer with coding and troubleshooting;
• Build new user-interface features and reusable code and libraries for future use;
• Maintain coordination with clients, team, and management on strategy, development and project results;
• Provide assistance when in need and work proactively without being asked and under tight schedules.

1. Funny person, a person with an outstanding ability to laugh and having fun;
2. Having at least 1-year experience with UI or involved in UI design work, like a soldier who knows his/her battlefield;
3. Experience in:
   • General understanding of HTML;
   • CSS (Bootstrap & Foundation);
   • Javascript & JQuery (Angular JS, EmberJS & KnockOuJS);
   • Control version software (GIT & SVN);
   • Design Software (Adobe & Corel Family);
4. Able to make a responsive and updated style of web performance, don't mind to get his/her hands dirty to effectively innovate big ideas and also execute on the details. Typical of a "Maju Terus Pantang Mundur" person.
5. Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs and ideas from multiple sources with differing opinions and definitely not a BAPER'an person.
6. Must have a portfolio to show and demonstrate.
