Job Description
Job Purpose: Ensures proper technical setups, product performance so that customers can properly use and benefit from Social Light Inc. Solutions. Includes actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation
- Proper installation of products from 0 to site on time and with quality
- Prepares technical specifications information and requirement before handing over to accounting for price quotation
Incident Management
- Analyzes Social Light Inc. products/services technical issues or concerns, identify service restoration or actions to be taken, provide solutions to networking issues, as well as troubleshoot , diagnose, solve issues both hardware and software
- Monitoring Incident details, trends, status and progress towards resolution of assigned
Incidents
- Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
- Escalating the process as necessary per established escalation policies
- Documenting user/technical issue then update troubleshooting guide or FAQs
- Must be available via Phone to respond to Critical Issues raised during out of office hours
- Bonus - network and router experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a technical certificate and/or extensive coursework relating to computers, Information Technology or Engineering or equivalent
- Required skills: Troubleshooting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Analyzing Information , Professionalism, Problem Solving, Verbal Communication, Customer Service
- Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan City
