Job Description
- Direct and supervise the performance of production coordinators in ensuring complete and accurate inventory controls for the requirements of production such as materials.
- Supervise performance of Industrial Engg in ensuring that methods and time standards are set properly and optimal for the benefits of both management and employees
- Directs and supervise in ensuring that production scheduled are planned and achieved.
- Assists in ensuring maximum utilization of machinery, materials, employees and production facilities.
- Consolidate all production reports to evaluate and recommends to Production Head for corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
