Job Description
- Direct and coordinate all activities of the Sales Department to ensure customer satisfaction thru the implementation of efficient delivery of orders.
- Plan and implement sales programs and promotion campaigns by analyzing sales statistics and market trends. Confer with Promo Supervisors, Sales Coordinators, and Stock Allocation Team in order to get feedback and facilitate the processing of orders.
- Maintain/Improve the flow of the dept. through planning, organizing, coordinating, motivating and controlling to achieve maximum performance of subordinates in line with company objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Preferably work experience from retail/garments industry with at least 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Possesses strong leadership and decision-making ability
- With good interpersonal and above-average communication skills
- Must be optimistic, flexible and open-minded
- Can deal with all levels of people
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel
