Job Description
- Responsible for scheduling, organizing and monitoring of daily itineraries of the immediate head.
- Oversees logistic needs (eg. meeting venue, meals,multimedia equipments, service vehicle, etc.)
- Keeps track on confidential records and documents.
- Provides assistance in conducting activities.
- In-charge of collecting and routing communication materials (eg. reports, memos) to all company personnel.
- Perform others task may be given from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in administrative functions is a plus.
