Job Description
What you'll do:
- lead new city and country launches.
- manage photographer recruitment funnels.
- create custom operational processes for our largest customers.
- optimize customer service processes.
- identify opportunities to enhance customer and photographer experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
- Data-driven decision-making mentality, sound business judgment, and ability to back your analysis up with meaningful analytical thinking
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment
- Experience in creating and optimizing processes
- Excellent understanding of a variety of business models
