To sustain and optimize the profitability of the company’s revenue portfolio by leading the planning, developing, and executing the sales strategy.
To deliver revenue and contract volume targets by leading the physical and financial selling activity.
To establish, and maintain strong business relationship among existing and prospective customer and relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing acquired in industries such as:
- Oil, Gas & Power
- Banking & financial services
- Experience in managing cross functional groups, operating in matrix environments and developing strategic relationships and networks (both internal and external)
- Strong experience with customer relationships development
- Experience in leading strategy development and driving execution
- Exposure to various aspects of marketing – products, pricing, promotion
- Good understanding in project management and experience in leading change successfully
