- Achieve short and long term strategic objectives of the company in the areas of Distribution, Sales, and Collection and the overall management of Sales Force.
- Establish productive, professional, and growing relationships with the partner distributors, retail partners, and resellers.
- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Develop and review Sales proposal with partners.
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Manage potential channel differences with other firm sales channels by fostering strict adherence to channel rules and engagement.
- Manage solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Ensure that Distributor channel partners sign proper contracts/agreements and fostering relationships between channel partners and sellers.
- Build positive working relationships with channel partners to maximize product sales within customer base.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Entrepreneur, Business Management, Business Administration, IT, and/or Computer Engineering.
- Has different connections in various retails stores.
- Retail management.
- Excellent understanding of retail business, preferably acquired through hands-on field experience.
- Familiarity in retail, distributor, and resellers operations particularly in a concession business
- Can deliver results according to the plan and timetable.
- Knowledgeable in computer operations in various softwares.
