Job Description
CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT and MANAGEMENT
- Co-develops go-to-market strategies and sales support for new products and customers in relation to a specific channel.
- Provides regular channel insights and promotes best practices.
- Supports the development of new sales channels.
STRATEGIC PLANNING and EXECUTION
- Co-develops sales strategies, action plans and budgets to address issues and goals of a specific sub-segment.
- Supports the development and implementation of process. systems and selling tools enhancements to improve overall sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Ensures alignment with all internal and external stakeholders.
SALES FORCE OPTIMIZATION
- Facilitates continuous cycle of assessment, training, coaching and measurement.
- Develops and implements rewards and recognition programs.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and SERVICE PROGRAMS
- Develops programs aligned with selling and seervice strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Develops customer feedback programs aligned with communications strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably Sales and Marketing, Business Management, Retail Network, Construction, and/or Design courses.
- At least 2 years with Sales, Trade Marketing, Project Management, or IT Business Development experience.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
