Job Description

  • Provide high quality property management services to the company’s lease and internal partners.
    • Ensure all network, retail, and corporate accounts are effectively managed based on the terms and provisions of their leases and the company’s business objectives.
  • Appraise value of properties and negotiates with lessors.
  • Safeguard the company’s best interests in its dealings with lease partners and management of properties.
  • Service Provider through Relationship Management.
  • Liaise with clients for leased area requirements and ensures completeness for comprehensive service delivery.
    • Inclusive of standard design, operational, sales, and marketing requirements in site acquisition and contract terms negotiations.
  • Dynamically participate in the implementation of company-initiated real estate plans and programs.
  • Actively research and engage in knowledge sharing with internal partners on real estate developments and upward trends for comparative property and growth analytics.
    • Build business cases for purchase vs. lease recommendations.
  • Bridge key company departments with business clients for potential partnerships.
  • Analyze and interpret lease language for operational application.
  • Assist in generating and distributing client quarterly and custom reports.
  • Interface with lessors and engage in end-to-end site acquisition, including but not limited to location scoping, lease negotiations, closing and reviewing of contracts, and after-sales service.
  • Adopt a customer-oriented approach in response to lessors’ inquiries, related business needs and resolution of disputes/issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience with real estate industry, business development, accounts management, or sales.
  • Strong record of academic achievement.
  • Certificate courses on property/real estate management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of real-estate related laws is also an advantage.
